NIAT PENGGUNAAN FINTECH SISTEM PEMBAYARAN PADA KALANGAN MILENIUM DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Digital yang cepat dapat mempengaruhi model bisnis pada berbagai bidang industri terutama pada bidang keuangan dan perbankan. Perubahan teknologi dan perubahan pola perilaku konsumen dapat memberikan dorongan inovasi pada teknologi finansial yang banyak bermunculan secara global. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  menguji adanya pengaruh dari persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, pengaruh sosial, efektivitas, kepercayaan dan persepsi keamanan terhadap sikap dan niat penggunaan fintech sistem pembayaran. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner online kepada pengguna fintech sistem pembayaran di Bekasi,  Depok, Jakarta, dan Tangerang. Pengolahan data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis path dengan PLS-SEM. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, sosial influence, efektivitas, dan persepsi keamanan terhadap sikap kecuali keamanan yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap, dan sikap penggunaan memiliki pengaruh pada niat penggunaan fintech sistem pembayaran para generasi milenial.
