PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI MOBILE BERBASIS FLUTTER UNTUK STOCK OPNAME TERINTEGRASI ERP PADA PT XYZ

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi stock opname mobile berbasis Flutter yang terintegrasi real-time dengan ERP melalui API, guna mengatasi Inventory Record Inaccuracy (IRI) senilai lebih dari Rp338 juta pada PT XYZ. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi verifikasi stok, mendukung fitur barcode scanner, serta alur persetujuan data berbasis peran. Hasil pengujian fungsional berjalan sempurna, dan usability testing mencapai skor tinggi 86.6/100, menunjukkan aplikasi ini mudah digunakan dan sesuai kebutuhan operasional. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini berhasil menjembatani keterbatasan ERP di lapangan, secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi dan transparansi data persediaan.
