PENGARUH INTEGRASI SUPPLY CHAIN TERHADAP KINERJA SUPPLY CHAIN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari penerapan pengintegrasian supply chain terhadap kinerja supply chain. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut, pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei digunakan dengan populasi target adalah karyawan yang terlibat dalam aktivitas supply chain di Departemen Kitchen, Balai Sidang Jakarta Convention Center. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, yang didistribusikan kepada 118 sampel yang dipilih secara acak. Selanjutnya, data tersebut dianalisis dengan analisis faktor konfirmasi dua tingkat melalui pendekatan PLS-Path Modeling. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengintegrasian supply chain secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja supply chain.
