ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI WFH PEGAWAI DIREKTORAT KURSUS DAN PELATIHAN DIREKTORAT JENDERAL PENDIDIKAN VOKASI KEMENTERIAN PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN RI JAKARTA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai berdasarkan persepsi bahwa  WFH sama efektifnya dengan WFO.  Faktor-faktor yang diamati dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada usia pegawai,  fasilitas kerja (alat kerja seperti komputer/laptop, printer, dan ATK), ketersediaan akses data (jaringan internet dan data kerja), dan apakah gangguan dirumah selama WFH akan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.  Responden penelitian dilakukan secara sensus terhadap  35 pegawai bagian SDM Direktorat Kursus dan Pelatihan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Vokasi Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI Jakarta. Gedung E lantai 6, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Senayan, Jakarta Pusat.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umur dan gangguan dirumah berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel WFH yang diasumsikan setara dengan WFO.  Variabel ketersediaan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel WFH yang diasumsikan setara dengan WFO,  dimana semakin baik fasilitas kerja pegawai dirumah makan probabilitas efektivitas WFH meningkat sebesar 31,875. Pengaruh ketersediaan akses data berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel WFH yang diasumsikan setara dengan WFO.  Semakin baik akses data maka probabilitas keefektifan WFH pegawai meningkat sebesar 16,753.
