OTOMATISASI PROSES BISNIS UNTUK PROGRAM ORANG TUA ASUH MENGGUNAKAN SCRUM, BPMN DAN COMPLEX ANALYSIS: STUDI KASUS DI ORANGUTAN FOUNDATION

Abstract
Di era serba instan, bisnis dan organisasi non profit saat ini bergeser ke arah otomatisasi. Salah satu studi kasus adalah otomatisasi program orangtua asuh di organisasi non profit Orangutan Foundation. Program orangtua asuh dibuat otomatisasi dengan komputer dan aplikasi sehingga lebih efisien. Pengembangan perangkat lunak dilakukan dengan metode Scrum karena waktu proyek terbatas. Proses bisnis dimodelkan dengan BPMN agar lebih visual dan efisiensi proses dihitung menggunakan complex analysis. Dapat dilihat perbedaan yang sangat signfikan ditunjukkan di metrik kompleksitas. Jumlah NOA dari 16 aktivitas menjadi hanya 5 aktivitas dan jumlah NOAC dari 21 aktivitas menjadi hanya 5 aktivitas. Efesiensi waktu tercapai dari awalnya proses dapat memakan waktu minimal 2 jam untuk satu orangtua asuh menjadi hanya ke 3 detik saja.
