Abstract
Talenta Digital adalah komponen penting bagi suatur organisasi baik bisnis, pemerintahan dan sosial untuk bisa mengembangkan bisnis dan mempertahankan eksistensinya dalam era digital. Beberapa organisasi mengembangkan Talenta Digitalnya dengan cara bekerjasama dengan Mitra Penyedia Talenta Digital. Dalam perjalanannya perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja dan peringkatisasi Mitra sehingga diperlukan suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan agar keputusan dapat diambil secara cepat, mudah dan akurat. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dijalankan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Kriteria-kriteria yang memberikan pengaruh pada pengambilan keputusan ini terdiri dari 5 (lima) kriteria yaitu Soft Skill & Leadership, Knowledge and Experience, Tools & Platform, Technical Capability dan Advanced Skill.
