Each submission is checked by an editor. At this stage,the editor has the right to reject the manuscript if it is not in line with the journal's objectives, focus and scope of the journal, or the editor feels the quality of the language/manuscript is inadequate. If the article is eligible for publication, editor will send it to two independent reviewers for double anonymous peer review. After the reviewers provide feedback, the editor may decide to accept the manuscript, request minor or major revisions, or reject the manuscript.
