Analisis Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Sekretariat Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta
Abstract
Penelitian mengkaji tentang pengaruh kompetensi serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 49 responden. Teknik analisis data digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Untuk mengukur variabel penelitian digunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi tidak mempengaruhi signifikan pada kinerja pegawai Bagian Sekretariat Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta, sedangkan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi signifikan pada kinerja pegawai Bagian Sekretariat Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Serta, secara simultan, kompetensi dan motivasi mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Sekretariat Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
