Lingkungan Kerja Non-Fisik dan Disiplin Kerja Berdampak Signifikan pada Kinerja Berkelanjutan PT Inter Media Prisma Jakarta Selatan
Abstract
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-kausal yang menganalisis hubungan sebab-akibat variabel bebas dengan variabel tidak bebas. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan antar variabel. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkung kerja non-fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan demikian pula disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan. Dan secara Bersama-sama lingkungan kerja non-fisik dan disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan.
